The Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa in Fort Myers, Fla., is nestled on a private peninsula overlooking the Sanibel and Captiva Islands. The resort is located where the Caloosahatchee River meets Sanibel Harbour, one mile from Sanibel Island.
Features. This 85 acre seaside resort is comprised of a main hotel building, the Grande Bay building and separate waterfront condominium buildings. Three restaurants, a cabana bar, poolside bar and grille, sunset dinner cruises and a bakery offer dining options ranging from steak and seafood to gelato and specialty cocktails. Room service is also available. The resort's business center features computers with complimentary high speed Internet access, photocopy services, supplies and a helpful staff. Ballrooms and meeting rooms with complimentary high speed Internet access, and outdoor function space are available for corporate functions, receptions and banquets. Catering service is available. The resort offers a championship tennis complex, fishing pier, six pools, 14 spa tubs and a bayside beach. Daily shelling excursions, eco tours and dolphin sightseeing cruises are also available. The spa and fitness center provides more than 60 beauty and body care treatments, and professional health and fitness instruction. A complimentary shuttle runs to Sanibel Island's Lighthouse Beach, with stops at an outlet mall, shopping plaza and Sanibel's wildlife refuge. Pets are not allowed at this property.
